8890 GC-FID rear injection is not detected

Dear team, 
 I'm running 8890 GC-FID using back injector and front Detector FID. When, we uploaded sequence table, there's message appearing that sequence table rear injection isn't detected. Can anyone help to advise what to do with that?

In general, this message means the 8890 GC ALS tower is not being detected. We would recommend checking the physical location/position of the ALS tower.
