Connectivity with 5975C

I have an Agilent 5975C MSD and 7890A GC that I'm getting a failed PING test on. I've done the troubleshooting I can (reboot system in proper order, reboot PC). I can ping the main IP but the ones going to the instruments fail. Please advise. PC is running Windows XP sp3.

Have you been able to resolve? There should be a static IP for the PC in the same family of IP addresses for the ping to be successful.
