In Agilent 8860 retention time shift on changing the split ratio?

Check column flow, if it's change then RT will change...

Column flow is kept constant, still, RT is changing. 

Yes...Agree from software u kept constant flow but u have to check it flow meter that it's same as in software..

If less then there is leak..
