HS-GC-FID (Residual Solvents Analysis) Different responses for ethanol when using different standards

I'm going to be calibrating for ethanol on my HS-GC-FID 6890, but I'm having discrepancies between two standards. The standard that I will be calibrating with (Restek's Residual Solvents #1 34105) is 3000ug/mL in N,N-Dimethylacetamide. I'm verifying the RT for ethanol with the standard Ethanol in DI Water 10,000 ug/mL (Restek 30466). I spiked my headspace vials to read 750ug off instrument from each standard, but the ethanol in water is coming out 5X higher than the one in DMA. Why would this be?

Thanks!
