7697A recognizes 8890 and Empower recognizes both, but the 8890 will not connect to the 7697A.
I have verified IP Addresses are entered correctly for all systems. I have restarted the systems multiple times.
Is this a known issue? Are there any suggestions to get the 8890 to connect to the 7697A?
