I discovered that the dioxane area became larger as compared to the dioxane area in calibration table. How will this affect the result? And why is the dioxane area becoming inconsistent?

Hi Peggy,
If you still have your calibration solutions (ISTD+ESTD), inject the one which is closer to your sample's concentration and check if your ESTD's area became larger as well. If it is in the same proportion as for the ISTD, I don't think you should worry. It means the ISTD is actually doing its job.
Hi
Thanks for your reply. But I don't really get you.
