I don't know where is problem.
Tried to remove n reconfigure but still same.

What GC model and what detector type? Typically the GC needs to recognize the EPC module, signal board, and heater/sensor. It sounds like one part is not being recognized by the GC.
Hi
I swapped front Signal board and EPC with back channel.
It's working fine with Back channel but front channel still giving that error..
It sounds like the signal board and EPC modules are functioning correctly if they are recognized when connected to the back channel. Does the front channel recognize the presence of the heater/sensor? If not it could be that either the heater or sensor has shorted and the assembly needs to be replaced. If that is being recognized than it sounds like an electronic problem. If that's the case, you may want to get an Agilent service representative in your lab to troubleshoot the GC.
Hi,
I removed Heater/sensor assy from Back channel and put in front channel FID and again reconfigure FID.
Upto now, it's working.
Means Heater/sensor assy was faulty.
But still, one thing I am unable to understand that Fid block was heating earlier also.
And once replace this heater/sensor assy, then FID broken error gone from display.
It sounds like the heater/sensor assembly was the culprit. As for why it was heating earlier, perhaps the wiring was weak and then broke, causing the error message after the detector was hot.
