Updated software for GC 6890N

Hi Felix,

I updated the tags on your post. Can you supply more details why you need a software upgrade? Also the configuration of your GC would be helpful as well. Does it have a MSD?

The software that we have, runs in a very old HP computer with Windows 2000 PRO. The equipment´s software only runs in this computer and it has had many fails lately. For it reason, we would like to buy an updated software that it can runs in a operating system Win 7, 8 or 10.

The version of GC software is, ChemStation Rev. A.10.02 (1757).

We use the equipment only for gas analysis of process for determine H2, CO2, N2, CH4, CO and O2.

Hi Felix,

Thanks for the info and prompt response. My suggestion would be to move to the latest version of Openlab Chemstation as it would be similar to what you are using now and compatible with Win 7 and Win 10 operating systems.. Masshunter has a different workflow and is targeted towards GCMSD systems and applications.  It would work for you, but I would only suggest considering that direction if you needed The Environmental capabilities of the MassHunter software. I hope this helps.
