6890N Inlet EPC Error?

Sounds like the Cap EPC module or the EPC Pneumatics board may have failed. Do you have two Cap Inlets? If so. You can swap the two EPC Modules to see if that changes anything. I would lean towards the EPC Module has failed.

It is definitely the board, I swapped out the module with another and got the same error. I am not willing to swap out the board as long as it is working. I was just curious if anyone else had this issue, it is not even in the 6890 service manual.

Keep running if it is working. Changing the EPC control board is a pain.

I see this problem was the Interface Board.  152 psi was most likely the maximum signal the board would measure, so it seems to have been stuck at a maximum value.  I'm trying to remember where the analog input voltage from the pressure sensor is measured, but it goes into a mux ADC (Analog to Digital Converter).
