We have to reboot instrument and system to run a sample. If we do just 1 sample after a reboot it runs just fine, but after sample is done and we go load it up again to run another it will not run and says instrument failure and have to reboot the instrument and system all over again. We have loaded up the system to see if it will keep running and it works just fine. Thought to have been a tower issue, but wasn't the issue. Called Waters for assistance, but looked like everything checked out okay with them. We are stumped at this point. ANY suggestions ryoboyle
