The new electronic pneumatic control (EPC) adapter works with the Agilent 8890, 8860, and Intuvo 9000 GCs. The adapter should be shipped with a new EPC module if you receive an EPC module with the new style adapter and still have an original style partner fitting, the adapter can be removed from an existing EPC and installed on the new EPC.
If your 8890/8860/9000 GC or EPC was purchased before November 2020, it is likely fitted with the legacy adapter. If a new EPC was purchased after November 2020, it will be shipped with both adapters to fit the needs of any 8890/8860/9000 GC.
