Hello,

I just received brand new MGC-990. In order to communicate I entered following IP addresses :

IP address : 192.168.100.100

On laptop:

192.168.100.101

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

However could not connect to the GC. Can you please advise how to fix connection issue?

Probably best to call direct Agilent support to resolve your issue. The number is toll free 800-227-9770. Or you can email gc-column-support@agilent.com. They will be able to dig into your issue and help you get it resolved.
