When doing the dissolution profile experiment, the dissolution amount at each time point was about 20% lower, (method: do not choose Enable Media Replacement,;prime volume:20ml;the procedure for cleaning the instrument was carried out before the experiment started), troubleshooting found that the pipeline of the refill pump of the autosampler was connected to the cleaning pump, and the pipeline of the cleaning pump was connected to the refill pump.But I don't know if this is the real cause of the abnormal data, if it is, then why?Because of this problem, I would like to know the steps in the implementation of the 850-DS Dissolution Sampling Station benefits. I still have doubts, because the instrument was cleaned before the experiment, whether there will be such a situation: due to the wrong connection of the water outlet, the cleaning water still exists in the cleaning tank and cannot be excluded (the pipeline of the refill pump of the autosampler was connected to the cleaning pump, and the pipeline of the cleaning pump was connected to the refill pump.).
    When the test is performed, the sample solution drawn by the autosampler to the injection vial is diluted.
