850-DS Dissolution Sampling Station - Not Printing

Question

We have a 850-DS dissolution sampling station in our lab and it is not printing and the green light is flashing. 
 I checked and there is paper. I tried to go to diagnostics and print test and it is not working. Anyone knows what can it be? 
 Also, do you know if I restart the system, the last run report will be saved?

Hello Suzany, 
 After the 850-DS is repowered, the content of the last run would be lost. 
 If the printer is not printing from diagnostics or otherwise, I would recommend that you contact your local service team with the serial number to arrange for on site service.
