C02 value for ATP calculations

Hi Ricky,

Thank you for contacting Cell Analysis Technical Support. Can you tell me if this assay was run on the HS Miniplate with the silicone mask? If so, unfortunately this plate type has not been validated with that plate type. It has only been validated for use on our standard plate types. If you would like to send your data file to cellanalysis.support@agilent.com, I would be happy to take a look to verify what plate type was used!

I have used XF PDL HS miniplates with silicone mask. Just before starting the assay the Mini analyzer requires me to remove it anyway.

Hi Richard.

Thank you for this additional information. I just went ahead and tested your plate type in both our Report Generator and Seahorse Analytics. The Report Generator, which is a bit of an older analysis tool, will not support your plate type.  However, Seahorse Analytics will!  I recommend going onto the Seahorse Analytics site and running your assay through there as you will not have to do any calculations manually that way!
