Has anyone coated the XF Flux Cell culture Plates with Matrigel to facilitate adherence of suspended cells?

Thank you for contacting Cell Analysis Technical Support. People do coat their plates with Matrigel! You can take a look at our Cell Publication Database to look into your specific cell type, then see what others have used as far as cellular adhesive for your specific type. People also use Cell Tak, collagen, PDL, etc. Please take a look and let me know if this helps!

We also do have a paper ourselves using Matrigel, but it is applicable to the 24 well instrument:
The XF24 microplates have a surface area of 0.28 cm2 to the XF96 surface area of 0.11 cm2. We typically seed roughly 40% of cells per well with the XF96/XFp compared to the XF24.
