I have run RNA extracted from mouse brain tissue with the Pico assay and for some of my samples I don't get ribosomal peaks, but one clear peak that runs slightly above 55 s. Can anyone help me figure out what thtis means?
Thank you!

Dear KSimbringer,
can you please provide us the original xad file of the performed assay for detailed analysis?
Please send it to Agilent CustomerCare department of your country.
Hi KSimbriger,
Adding to nadia's response, please visit Contact Us | Agilent to find your local Customer Care's contact information.
The original .xad data file would be most informative for troubleshooting. If not already, please check that there is not any residual RNaseZAP on electrode pins, which can result in unexpected and intense peaks. Please refer to page 75 of Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer System Maintenance and Troubleshooting Guide.
