Cylinder pressure for He, O2, and H2 gases in ICP-MS

Where can I find the standard/recommended back cylinder pressures for Helium, Oxygen, and Hydrogen (in bar). I work with ICP-MS instruments models 7900, 8800, and 8900.

Hi, I think you are asking for the input pressure of the cell gases. you will find them at the back of the instrument. just divide the kPa values by 100 to get bar.
