How do we set limit for performance verification for ICP-MS 7800

Hi Community Group< 
 Prior to running our official samples, we run performance verification by testing the tuning solution to make sure our system is sensitive, accurate, and precise enough to start any measurement. 
 For ICP-MS 7800, how do we set the parameter limits ( count, RSD%, background, oxide rate, doubly charged rate, Axis and W-10%) for this performance verification?

Hello Kitty, You can check with your EQP for OQ. You can take reference as below

Please note : given limit is for low matrix only if you want to set with different parameter just take this as reference and set accordingly.

You have to turn on Tune check function in settings.

Then Set tune check criteria...
