HelIo, I would like to know Spectra AA software problem. We installed new worksheet but still have under problem. How can we solve this problem pls help us!

Hello, Could you check that write instrument is selected in configuration. Run IHelper.exe and choose correct spectrometer model

When you added a method, did you add a flame type method if you have a flame instrument?
