Hello EhsanKhedive ,
I can confirm that this feature does not appear to be implemented in Qual B.07.
The library RT is extracted in Qual B.08 and later, so if you require that functionality you would need to upgrade to the latest version of Qual.
Hello MatteoUnisa ,
Let me add to this by saying in limited testing it appears that Qual 12.0 is able to search compounds imported from CEF files. Still, I would recommend working with your local support team to confirm this for your workflow and investigate…
Hello MattSmithChemist and CBM ,
Product support has released new information on the 12.1 tune report and confirmed that the low mass ion was changed to m/z 42 for all TQ. It will only show on classic instruments if the option to 'Tune masses < 100…
Hello Dang ,
Manually integrated peaks are flagged in the batch table, and there are also indicators in the Compound Chromatogram.
You can also change the fill color of manually integrated peaks if you want that to stand out more.
There is…
Hello twitsok ,
Since the relative concentration for your QC is showing as different from the standards it is possible that the method has become corrupted or concentration values in the method were changed but the batch was not fully analyzed. If you…
