The Agilent Knowledge Portal articles are written by our technical support representatives.
Why can’t I find articles about my instrument or software in the Agilent Knowledge Portal?
As of 12 July, these are the products available in the Agilent Knowledge Portal: GC, GC/MS, LC, Atomic Absorption, ICP-OES, Bioanalyzer, TapeStation, Parallel Electrophoresis, OpenLab CDS, MassHunter. We are working hard to expand our product coverage.
What if I can’t find an article that answers my question or solves my problem?
If you are a member of the Agilent Community you are able to post questions in the Technical Areas and Application Areas.
How can I be notified of new articles or changes in the Agilent Knowledge Portal?

Can I View the Articles in my Local Language?
Articles are stored in the Community in English, we are then able to use the integrated translation engine to translate that material into one of 38 languages. To enable this feature simply click the globe in the top right of the webpage and then select your language of choice. We are always looking for accuracy with the translations, so if you see something that didn't translate correctly, please let us know by sending an email to Community@agilent.com .
