Archive failed

Hello,

I would need to know what software you are talking about in the post. Is this ECM-XT, ECM 3.x or some other Agilent software?

It is OpenLab CDS version 2.7 and the problem happens in the content management.

Hello,

You likely need to open a ticket with the lab informatic group to take a look at the issue. Is this the first time you have tried to archive a file? If so, there could be an issue with the setup of the archive storage location. If you look in the admin console, there is a section on the archive queue. You should be able to resubmit any failed items.

Hello Martin, 

Thank you for your answer. I have already found the problem and it is because there is a file in the archive folder with the same name that the file I am trying to archive. So the software can not archive two files with the same name in the same archive folder. 

I supose I need an admin profile to delete the archived file.

Yes, if you want to delete the file you would need to be an admin.
