It is hard to tell without more details but at first glance it looks like you did not include the origin point in the excel calculation. Also, I would need to see the actual values that CDS is using in the calibration curve. If you take the same screenshot but with the calibration table expanded at the bottom we can see the cal injections in the curve with the amt and areas.

So, I get the same values in excel and CDS when I include the 0,0 point in the excel calculation. I can see in your CDS method and calibration table that you included the origin, so to compare with excel you need to add a 0,0 point to the regression in excel. You also have slightly different area values between the CDS calibration and what you used in excel.

Ok! Now I see my mistake! I have another question for you, my friend! When I do a calibration curve and I put my amount at level 1, 2, 3... why thoses values are not the same in the injection results amount?

Those amounts are recalculated from the calibration curve and the peak area. If you want to see the amount used for the standard curve add the calib amount to the injection results.
