Height peak in LC Agilent vs LC Waters

Hi Community! I'm making a peptide mapping that it's a identification assay.

The problem is that intensity in LC Agilent is not the same LC Waters.

I would like to know if exists any table with conversion factor.

Hello,

What software are you using? You cannot change the raw signal data but if you need to see the area, height, RF in different units, those are calculations you can build into the report or use custom calculator in CDS 2.x. Not sure if that is what you are looking for in this case, but it can be done.
