HPLC with Chemstation C.01.07 SR3 don't show "RUN" status

Hello,

I'm meeting an issue that don't know the cause. When I make a inject single or sequence, and Run sample, the status shown out "Injecting" then PRERUN, and finally "GREEN" light as attached video.

I've reinstalled software then, a new windows but the issue still repeat.

I also reupload firmware, check all errors, but did'nt any error.

Anyone can help me to fix this issue?

    hi Andy, It's same when I control by CDS 2.7 software, no any error shown in log files. Stop run I set as 1 minute. I also test with functions of ALS test. everything is OK. But when I run sample, the status don't switch to 'RUN" status. When I've tried to only connect the system that there is no ALS. The status "RUN" is normal. May be have an issue with ALS. I also re-up firmware, self-test ALS, not any error. what a strange thing! I also noticed that when injecting the sample, the gripper still picks up the sample and the needle still sucks the sample normally. However, when the sample is finished, the software status does not change to Run, but to Pre-Run, then the state turns green.
