HPLC with Chemstation C.01.07 SR3 don't show "RUN" status

Does it actually inject?

Yes, the gripper still picks up the sample and the needle still sucks the sample normally. However, when the sample is finished, the software status does not change to Run, but to Pre-Run, then the state turns green. Not any error. I've tried to CDS 2.7 software, the issue was still.

Yeah, I guess someone would have to be on site to figure that one out.

I doubt this is the case but are you using a sample prep method in CDS or is the sample prep active in the Chemstation method.

No, Just analytical method. I've tried with an nother main board. The issue was fixed. Thank you everyone
