Has anyone ever had an error from OpenLab Acquisition that says "An unexpected error occurred and we cannot continue..."?

The error seems to be from the client software which should not stop the acquisition if you close it. Is this a workstation install or a client server installation system? If you continue to see the issue, I would open a support ticket either with the local support group in your region for workstations or the informatics support group if the system is a client server installation.

It shouldn't but acquisition closes once I click ok. I believe this is a workstation install, how would I be able to tell for sure? The problem seems random but haven't been able to link it to anything in particular.

Under normal circumstances you should be able to close acquisition once you submit runs to the queue without causing the runs to stop. If you look in the control panel under administration and system configuration you can find the setup configuration of the system.
