Admin password

  • Hi , i can not remember admin password for agilent openlab CDS , i want any help to reset it again, is there any way to reset it without install new software?

  • Yes , actually I contacted with my local support and he told me that I must reinstall software again , local support tell me about use shared services maintenance but this option didn't succeed, So i want if you have any solution without reinstall software.

    I do not know the policies for your local support group. The typical process for our region's support group is for the customer to open a ticket and fill out a formal request form for a password reset. If the system is a workstation you would then send us the local database and we can reset a user's password. We cannot do this in the community site since the action is restricted to the formalized and recorded process.
