Hi all, how do I apply a previously established calibration curve to a new sequence?

In CDS 2.x you would find a result set that had the older calibration and either update the master method or save the result set method as a master method using the save method as.
Once you have the master method with the older calibration stored, you can then open the master method and the result set. Then link the master method to all the injections and reprocess. You may get a warning message about overwriting the method in the data set if the method has the same name. Also, if the result set has calibration injections setup you will want to change those to some other sample type so the calibration is not overwritten .
