Is this for CDS 2.x or Chemstation? In both cases, you would need to update your master method with the calibration and then link or add that master method to the result set and process. The exact steps of that process would be different depending on the software.

In CDS 2.x you would find a result set that had the older calibration and either update the master method or save the result set method as a master method using the save method as.

Once you have the master method with the older calibration stored, you can then open the master method and the result set. Then link the master method to all the injections and reprocess. You may get a warning message about overwriting the method in the data set if the method has the same name. Also, if the result set has calibration injections setup you will want to change those to some other sample type so the calibration is not overwritten .
