Overnight we had a sequence stop running due to a vial missing from the tray. The GC also lost connection to the computer running OpenLab 2.4. When we try to pull up the data that ran before the sequence stopped, it just states "No metadata available" so we are not able to load any of the analysis. I have tried restarting the compute, OpenLab, and the GC, but the data still does not become available. When I go to the Content Browser and look at the folder where the data is maintained, it is folder so it seems the results exist. How are we able to access this data so that we can process it? Or is lost / corrupted due to the sequence stopping?
