Quick question, did not see an answer to here; the instructions imply a "no"... Is there system suitability reporting in OpenLab CDS 2.5, such as in a Flexar system, which puts your SST results into a table with RSD's?

As Andy Wright already mentioned in his reply, a sequence summary report template could definitely be created that meets your needs. I am sure there are plenty of users on the Agilent Community who would be happy to assist you with this too, but you will need to provide much more detailed information regarding exactly what results you wish for the template to report and how you would like the report to be formatted. Screenshots of your Excel spreadsheet would be helpful in this regard.
Have you already explored the default sequence summary report templates in OpenLab CDS to see if any of these might be adapted for your purposes? There are also a number of System Suitability tables that can be added to a report template:
You might also be interested in some of the report templates available in the User Contributed Library, especially the LC reports for pharmaceutical applications. These can be found on the installation media in Setup\Tools\Support\UCL\Report Templates\.
