Hello,

I would like my sequence data to imported  to LIIMS. I have OL CDS 2.5. I need help creating a report template that will summarize the samples names and the 9 components amount into 1 single page.

Thank you for your help.

  • Hi Andy,

I tried using the sequence summary with the compound summary report and I am trying to remove the sample_vial number and injection and reduce the size of the sample name?  Is there a way to do that. Thank you.

  • Hi Andy,

I was not able to reformat the columns for these group. There is no place to  change that. Also In your first response when I posted this question, you said they were other ways to do this. Please could you show me how? Thank you.

  • That's odd.  I have the ability to change the number of characters in these columns!

The other way is long and only works if you are always reporting the same compounds in this report.

    For each compound except one

Create a compound summary table applying a filter to display that compound only Compound_Name  =  "CompoundA" etc

In the concentration column, save the Compound_Concentration as a variable with Sample_ID as a key.

In the Advanced properties for the table, uncheck the Visibility.

Create a final Compound_Summary table for the last compound.

Remove all but the Concentration column.

Create custom columns for each of the other compounds, adding the keyed variable.

I can do this with pictures later, if you need them.

    Cheers
