I would like my sequence data to imported to LIIMS. I have OL CDS 2.5. I need help creating a report template that will summarize the samples names and the 9 components amount into 1 single page.

Would a report outputted as text as shown below work with your parser? It could also be setup with a comma or other separators between values. This type of output only gives results for found peaks. The pattern in the output below is Sample_Name , Compound_NameXX-Compound_Concentration, Repeating to identified Compounds 1..n. This was done using a custom calculation and IR template.
