There are lots of ways that you could do this.  It would be helpful if you could show us what this report should actually look like.

The ultimate solution would depend on whether the matrix report items creates something like you need, or whether the compound summary table works better for you.

It might not be possible to reproduce this format exactly, but I would create a new sequence summary template and add the "Compound Summary RT Conc" matrix report item.

You can remove the RT column and, in the Grouping section, change the sort order for the three groups; the default order is alphabetical.

You should then be able to save the report as a .txt file.  I always change the report properties to make text outputs plain rather than formatted.
