Having issues reconnecting ChemStation to a Py-GC-MSD 5975 after a shutdown.

Error : Data Subscriptions Failed. Are inbound Ports Blocked? Is there Right Type of GC at IP Address?

GC does seem to be connected but not the MS. Does anyone have suggestions on what the problem might be?
