Microlab Word Add-In

Hello team

I write this message in order to receive some help regarding the use creation of reports using the Mcrosoft Add-in of  a customer's Microlab 5.7. It is supposed that these icons must appear in Microsoft Word in order to create reports but they are not appearing. I think this is because microlab was installed before the installation of Word, so I would like to know how is the procedure to install the Add in.

    Hi JakeZ,

    Thank you for your question. There are a couple of things you should check before trying to re-install the word add-on. First, you should make sure the 32-bit Word is installed. The MircoLab Reporting Add-on will not work on a 64-bit version of Word. Second, please check the add-on list in Word to see if the MicroLab Reporting add-on is there and just needs to be turned on.

    If you find out that the add-on is not in Word at all you can reinstall the add-on. The installer is called MicroLabReporting.vsto and can be found in your MicroLab folder, typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Agilent\MicroLab PC\. Please run the file from the folder. Please make sure afterwards the MicroLab Reporting add-on is present and there are no duplicates. If you find more than one copy of the add-on, please delete all but one.
