Can the Cary WinFLR software version 1.2(147) obtain 3D fluorescence spectra

We can perform this type of measurements with the Cary Eclipse. This is called EEM (Excitation-Emission-Matrix):

• 3D graph or contour plot are available. The 3D mode automatically collects a series of excitation, emission, or synchronous scans

The collection parameter can be set on the first page of the method setup window

Hi, I was wondering how to deal with Raman and Rayleigh scatters when we want to realize the EEM of an aqueous matrix? Because the intensity will be always higher in the Raman and Rayleigh scatters, distorting the visual response for the intensity of the other components in the aqueous solution.
