Cary 5000 Abrupt jump in spectra due to Detector change and Grating Change

Hi,

I measured the Specular Reflection and Transmission from a thin film of Poly Silicon (1.2 um) using the UMA accessory. I have attached two graphs for reference here. There was a grating change happening around ~720 nm which results in an abrupt jump in the reflection and transmission spectra. This shift is more prominent for larger angle of incidences as can be seen for 80 deg case in both spectra.

Therefore, Is there any way to avoid this from happening or a way to compensate for this?

How can I take into account the shift and accept that the data make sense?

Thank you very much in advance!
