Hello, we recently performed the software upgrade on one of our Cary 630 FTIR system here at Morris Plains site. We were testing out the new software today with Novartis methods and from the looks of it, the library was transferred successfully from other FTIR instrument, but the spectra do not seem to be there. Without the spectra, the method is unable to perform the comparison necessary to generate results. Could anyone provide insights into the possible reasons behind this issue?
