I have just received the Agilent Cary 60 UV-Vis photospectrometer and while following the steps to install the software i receive and error pop up which says "failed to register Class not registered" this occurs no matter what software i try apart from the tutorial and the software verification tool both of which run and the software verification tool tells me i have all the software that if i run it, it only gives me the error.
dose any body know what is causing this and how i can resolve it?
