SDA fails to open and no error appears.

open SDA as administrator with the windows local admin, used during installation. If you are using additional local administrator windows users, make sure they are not only part of the Administrator group in Local Users and Groups of Computer Management screen, but are also added to the SDAAdministrators group. This group is automatically created during installation.
