Hello. I have a problem with Cary500: Error code 99328SEQ. Anyone had similar problem? 
 
 And other question is how can open the Cary5000?

Hello- 99328SEQ is an initialization error. I would recommend aligning or replacing your D2 lamp - the Cary WinUV Help has more information on this. We only recommend that Agilent service professionals open the covers of the Cary. Hope that helps and have a great day
