Have you tried repairing software once ?

Firstly, Enable .Net Framework Features. 

If You Have Software CDs/USB Stick then you must run the Setup as "Run As Administrator" & follow the Prompts as Next or Ok. It will get repaired.

Before this take your relevant data backup.
