Can a method be saved in Cary UV-workstation that include calculations? I measure absorbance at two wavelengths and we do a subtraction for corrected absorbance. Or the calculations has to be applied everytime after the analysis?
Hej ISH! I went through the document and could not really see clearly or not directly can see the answer to my question, so i finally decided to test and create a method from a batch file that had a calculation...and the calculation does not apply when doing a new analysis with the method created after the initial file.
I am facing the same problem. It is very cumbersome to input calculation formula Value(280)-Value(330) every measuremant. I want to know the answer to this.
This is not something that the software currently supports. We would like at the ability to save calculations in a method for future software releases.
