Remember, you need to purge the instrument after replacing the source.

Thank you so much for this!  The purge is new...I do not see that step in the users guide after replacing the source - it just to reinstall and to check the energy values and adjust the gain if needed.  Is there additional instructions for purging I need to read up on?
