Upgrading our computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Is version WinUV

5.1.0.1016 compatible with Windows 10?

All versions, 5.1.0 [1019] and higher are supported on Windows 10.

Version 5.3 is out now. Did you upgrade to the Pharma Version for Windows 10? How was your experience setting it up?
