I am looking for help with using MassHunter Unknowns Analysis to change the sample name of an acquired datafile. Currently I can easily change the diflution factor, but not the sample name. Is there a solution within Unknowns to change this? I've tried manually editing the fileinfo.txt, fileinfo.xml and sequence.xml files but when I try to load the datafile in a new Unknowns Analysis batch, it still keeps the old sample name. This is kind of an issue because I can't really change anything at the report stage by design.
