MassHunter 10.2 Inherit Calibration Curve for Unknowns

Question

When I use IS correction for my calibration curve, then use the inherit calibration curve feature I get an error message "Target and ISTD calibraton tables have different numbers of rows". 
 
 Does this mean that I have to assign calibration levels and concentrations to all of my added unknown samples?

 To utilize the inherited calibration curve you will need to copy the cal levels to the other targets. If you are doing this make certain your unknown targets have the same ISTD assigned. Quant does not verify this and simply applies the curve as is from one target to another. If your known uses an ISTD and your unknown does not, or vice versa, you will run into the issue discussed in this post.
